![]() ![]() Also somewhat underused due to the low production in these industriesĪnd finally, the Big City I deliver to. ![]() So I stumped them and sent the goods elsewhere (you can see the below train going towards the other town, which makes more money)Ī simple Roll-On Roll-Off station created to take Toffee, Batteries(hidden on right), and Cotton Candy. Again, I wouldn't say this is the best, AND, this particular station was highly underused, only because this town had not enough passengers. This particular game has been very experimental, and this is the joy you get from trying to mess around with your tracks to make it as efficient as possible. I dare not make any more trains to accommodate that In this pic, I included the amount of Toys and Candy I had to distribute. The ability to adjust according to landscape is TOTALLY interesting. But like I mentioned in my last post, all this was due to the challenge of space constraint, of which I really enjoy. I would say that my upper-right entry/exit station wouldn't be the best. I believe it's the most exciting part of my station, next to the town receiving all my toys and candies. To give an idea of how my load balancing was done, I've included a few screenshots of my main hub. I have 15 in total, not much, but 'load balacing' on a 4-track station is FUN. The station has been split to two segments, on the left it handles about 3-4 trains, and the 4-track long station handles about 6-7 trains. On the right, is a 'Candy Factory', and on the top is a 'Toy Factory'. Sorry I had to put transparency effect so that you may see what kind of 'load' I'm handling. I wanted my station to be able to receive goods, and then send them out. Hub, is the term mostly used in OTTDCOOP as a 'very large station' that handles a lot of traffic. I didn't zoom out anymore, if not, it will be like trying to see the Great Wall of China in outer space ![]() I finally took the time to screenshot my city, it wasn't very hard, and uploading was very fast. ![]()
